Ensure that the toothpaste is original paste and not a gel. Prefer toothpaste with less ingredients and additives.

Organic or natural toothpastes are a better option.

This remedy should be used as a quick fix once in a while.

Do not make it a regular habit to use toothpaste on pimples.

There are a lot of over the counter products that can be use to dry the pimples.

Nowadays there are a lot of chemicals used in toothpastes which are harmful for skin. Thus it is recommended that instead of using toothpaste on pimples one should use use a gels or medicines which are specially meant for healing pimples.
