Beauty is a feeling that gives you joy and confidence, unfortunately in many parts of our planet beauty is measured with the complexion of skin and thus many look for home remedies to get fair skin but for me it is all about the glow and  good health of skin that comes from maintaining a healthy lifestyle and not from the chemical tubes and tubs as I call them sarcastically.

If  I say that I do not care for skin complexion I will be dishonest to my readers, even I crave for a fairer skin  but for me skin glow and fairness go hand in hand, and if I have to chose one I will certainly choose glow and radiance over fairness.

Trust me you will not require any cosmetic product for attaining that radiance which you long for if you simply make and maintain these simple lifestyle changes in your routine.

DRINK PLENTY OF WATER

Drinking water has many health benefits and adequate  water consumption is very important for our inner and outer health, it improves digestion and hydrates our body. From outer health I refer to the skin which itself is composed of 15% water.

A normal adult must drink atleast 2 liters of water daily by doing so you ensure that your body is well hydrated and that the toxin is eliminated from your body.

TAKE NUTRITIOUS DIET

Food has its own significance when we talk about glowing skin, Good nutrition is the base of skin health, the natural nutrition that we get from a well rounded diet will help your skin become smooth and soft from within.

You daily diet must have a balanced combination of Vitamins, Minerals, Protein, Antioxidants that will help to improve the overall health of skin and will keep major skin problems like wrinkles, acne, ageing etc. at bay.
