These treat your follicles and are extremely effective in strengthening of hair which in turn prevents hair breakage and causes an increase in hair volume due new hair growth. Additionally, a hormone antecedent, diosgenin present in fenugreek seed exhibits estrogen like properties and is extremely helpful in hair growth. Estrogen is a wonder hormone that helps greatly in hair growth, the reason why pregnant women seem to have been exempted from hair loss problems, for a short while.
